The Challenge
KPMG's sports sponsorships and ambassador partnerships generate significant awareness and affinity, but there is an opportunity to move beyond visibility and create a more distinctive connection between elite sporting performance and the value KPMG delivers for clients. The challenge was to develop a scalable platform that could unite multiple ambassador partnerships under a single idea while reinforcing KPMG's reputation for helping ambitious people and organisations achieve long-term success.

The Thinking
The platform is rooted in the insight that ambition is often misunderstood. The most successful athletes do not rely solely on natural talent, confidence or outward displays of competitiveness. We developed Ambition as an overarching sponsorship and ambassador platform that celebrates the power of ambition when it is nurtured and supported. The platform provides a flexible framework for storytelling across KPMG's ambassador portfolio, allowing each athlete's unique journey to be told while connecting back to a consistent brand message. Through film, content, digital, social, PR, events and thought leadership, the campaign explores the determination, discipline and decision-making that sit behind sustained high performance, while positioning KPMG as the partner that helps ambition become achievement.
