Background:

I quickly understood that eye catching creative is crucial for the KPMG Graduate Programme campaign, as it helps to capture the attention of potential candidates and communicate the unique value propositions of the programme in Ireland, and to ensure that the campaign stands out in a competitive market, making it easier to attract top talent. We wanted to building a strong brand image, showcasing KPMG as an innovative and desirable employer, through a campaign that would resonate deeply with the audience, ultimately leading to higher engagement and application rates.

For added authenticity we used 5 KPMG employees who are currently part of the graduate programme, one each for Law, Consulting, Audit, Tax, and Deal Advisory. This allowed us to underpin the campaign with real life experiences and benefits.
